Delete your Spacetouch account

You can remove your account here without installing the app or signing in first. Use the email and password you created for Spacetouch.

What happens to your data

Account removal deletes your Spacetouch registration and account details. It also requests removal of linked app records:

Skin scan results, saved products and treatment plans
Warranty certificates, Care+ records, claims and claim messages
Product feedback and email history

Uploaded photo files, consultation records and data held by payment or shopping providers are not fully removed by this form. Some linked records may also need additional cleanup. For a full data-deletion request, email support@spacetouch.com. Support can confirm what remains and any retention requirements.

Removing Care+ app records does not confirm cancellation of a paid subscription. Contact support to confirm cancellation before removing your account.
